Pokémon Black and White sequels announced

Sequels to Pokémon Black and White have been announced for Nintendo's ageing DS.
The news comes from Andriasang, which reports that Game Freak's Pokémon game director Junichi Mashida announced the games - named Pokémon Black 2 and Pokémon White 2 - on Japanese TV show Pokémon Smash yesterday.
It's a departure for the series, which normally takes a new colour as a subtitle rather than a numbered sequel to the previous game. Both games will be released simultaneously in Japan in June, and are of course playable on 3DS as well as DS.
